2. Rather than fixing your old DC jack, we always replace your DC jack with a brand new one!
3. Our Labor has no extra diagnostic fees or miscellaneous charges except $149.99 flat labor fee.
4. Brand new part cost $19.99+tax, or less. (depending on your laptop make and model).
5. Free shipping back to you via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
6. We guarantee that once we receive your laptop in the mail, it will be fixed and mailed back to you promptly. At least 2 days handeling time is required.
7. To Canada we ship via regular USPS mail at no extra charge.  Clients from Canada please call first for mailing instructions.

Our 12 DC Jack Vendors have quantities of more than 50 different types of jacks in stock at all times, combined they cover 98% of all dc jacks that ever been put into laptop computers.  If your laptop is a brand name laptop i.e. Dell, HP, Gateway, Toshiba, Sony, Compaq, etc.. We will have access to a dc power jack for it!
9. There is absolutely no charge if your computer won't be working fine after the repair is done.
